We offer a 14-day return window from the fulfillment date. Should you decide your selection isn't quite right, simply reach out to our Care Team, and we will provide you with a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Beginning your return is straightforward:

  • 2 Our dedicated Care Team will provide your shipping label
  • 3 Keep your pieces in original condition with tags intact
  • 4 Include all original documentation, including your packing slip

Our team processes refunds with the same care we put into crafting each piece—typically within 10-15 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may appear on your statement within 2-10 additional days.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, our Care Team is ready to assist.

Yes. We extend a generous 21-day return window from fulfillment for our global customers. Email support@aulumena.com to begin your international return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of international customers.

Without an order number? Simply include the original purchaser's details, and we'll ensure your experience remains seamless.

Some of our most coveted pieces—often limited editions or seasonal collections—are marked as 'exchange only' or 'final sale.' These designations preserve the exclusivity of certain designs.

  • Exchange only — may be traded for different selections
  • Final sale — represents a definitive choice, like selecting a one-of-a-kind vintage treasure

  • Receive a gift card for future selections
  • Explore our current collections with our Care Team's guidance

While international exchanges aren't currently supported, our global customers can email support@aulumena.com within 21 days of fulfillment to arrange a return.
